Active season: FIRST AGE 2026 Roadmap — sources include 2026 Game Manual and 2026 Team Update 00.
Quick game anchors:
- Fuel = 5.91 in foam balls; only score in active hubs (1 pt each).
- Auto 0:20; TELEOP shifts hubs alternating active/inactive; both active in END GAME.
- Tower rungs at 27/45/63 in; Level 2/3 climbs drive endgame RP (50 pts traversal threshold).
- Bonus RP targets: 100/360 fuel, 50 tower pts (regional/district).

- strategy/ - scoring breakdowns, match plans, hub-active timing plays
- robot/ - architecture, CAD, subsystem plans (drive, fuel, climb)
- testing/ - tuning logs, data, failures, fixes
- events/ - match notes, postmortems, scouting data
Each section must contain:
- Owner name or filename prefix
- Revision date
- Status (draft, active, archived)
Versioning Rules
Documents are versioned by date and significant changes.

Commit messages must include:
- What changed
- Why it changed
- Who approved it
Maintaining This Folder
When revising strategy:
- Update the document rather than create duplicates.
- If a strategy changes significantly, archive the old version.
- Add a short rationale at top of file explaining why.
Every document should reflect current thinking.
